In Union Of India vs Association Of Unified Telecom by order dt 1 September, 2020
the Apex Court directed that the demand Adjusted Gross Revenue shall no more be available for dispute by Respondents and demand by Telecom Department shall be paid in equal yearly instalment starting 10% from 31.3.2021 to 31.3.2031.This is great relief to existing operator who will be able to survive in industry.
